Delivery & Setup
Worrying about your kids's party? Here at Okeechobee Party Rental we will bring the party to you! Because we are a family operated business, we care about your kid's happiness and safety. As our motto say " We Care about your Kid's Safety as You Do!" We do most of our deliveries on the Eastern side of Florida. We also just expanded our span to the neighboring county of Okeechobee in which we are looking forward to infest the community with Joy, Laughter and Love.
With that being said, we Start our deliveries 7am sharp. We can guarantee your delivery will be at your location and we will be at your event 30 mins prior to the event start time. ***Please State if the equipment will be on concrete or grass.***
Kick your feet up and do not worry. Our team of professionals will handle all the heavy lifting. Such as setting up and breaking down. Please note that that our team are not required to set up tables and chairs. However, we do require the event planner to be on site at delivery time. We also require all final payments BEFORE setting up. Customers are responsible to attach water house if needed after pool is filled with water. The equipment could be a little heavy so for a speedy and safe set up. The team of Okeechobee Party Rentals would be grateful if the event planner would ensure the path of carriage is clean/clear and debris free. *Clear and clean path includes free of debris, trash, toys, sharp objects and PET FECES. This will give employee's ample space for hauling the Inflatables, tables, and chairs etc. This will give employee's ample space for hauling the Inflatables, tables, and chairs etc. The sooner the better! Let quench the thirst of your super excited kids.
Please be advised that there must be enough space (40-50ft) for our equipment and for your family to enjoy themselves. With that being said, KIDS must be SUPERVISED at all times. Please do not have kids operate equipment's. For safety we would recommend blowers are to be in a secluded area and do not have children operating. Blowers are supposed to be turned on at all time. Our team of professionals will thoroughly inspect every piece of equipment before and after setting up and breaking down. The Professional team of Okeechobee Party Rental recommend a thorough inspection of each equipment by customer also before drivers departure. After Inspection and departure of driver the customer is signing off on equipment's is and will be held accountable for all damages in which the replacement Fee will be charged. The renter will be held liable for any damages on the equipment. in which there will be a replacement fee charged for every piece of equipment damaged. Okeechobee Party Rental will not be held accountable for any damage's to sprinkler system and septic tank. The renter is responsible to advise our team on where to place all equipment's.
When a generator is being used customers should be aware that it has to be at least a 10 amps circuit with GFCI and 40- 50FT of set up area. Always have a responsible adult over the age of 18 to supervise and assist children while using the inflatables and or any other equipment's provided by Water House Party Rentals. It is more effective if assistant is by the entrance of the inflatable, by doing this situates overseer at a proactive and alert point of view. with this being said if the conditions of the weather is threatens the safety of your child. have children evacuate the Inflatable and the dedicated adult turns off the blower. after turning off blowers and ensuring all kids made it out safely, adult should do a head count of all children.
The customer is responsible to check weather forecast and make all cancellation 24hrs prior to party or event dates. if cancellation is made the down payment will not be refunded, but it can be reused within 6month from date of cancellation before expiration. Employee's of Water House Party Rentals can not go up and down stairs, hills etc. setup must be easily accessible of point of drop off.
Attention: We have the right to cancel any services/ Rentals this could be because of an unsafe environment, safety of customers, safety of crew, attitude of customers, and lack of funds. Water House Party Rentals is also not liable for any damages to your sprinkle system and or lawn equipment's. customers are responsible for telling driver where to place equipment and in place of a septic tank where to drive.
NOTE: THERE IS A NONREFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT FEE THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. HOWEVER, ONCE OUR EQUIPMENT IS AT YOUR EVENT, YOU ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF ANY EQUIPMENT IS RIPPED, TORN AND OR BROKEN. THE REPAIR/REPURCHASE FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
Pick Up
The equipment's are expected to be picked up between a 1-3 hours increment after the event is over. if you would like the equipment to be picked up before the original time, feel free to contact our consultant at (561) 618-5977 call or text we would be happy to help.
After events are completed please pack tables and chairs as delivered. This will allow us to sign off on equipment's and be off property in a timely manner.
Equipment should not be held hostage if party time is done. Customers should put away all animals while employees are packing up equipment. If customer decides not to corporate and equipment is late or needed for another event. The customer will be charged an extra fee and law enforcement will be called.
***Online rules and regulation is only a continuation and addition of the delivery statement. Anything signed off on delivery sheet is acknowledging that you have read and will abide by all rules and regulation of Water House Party Rentals.***
